Mt. Arlington, NJ. Mrs. Dorothy D Renshaw, 99, died on January 15, 2023, at the Mt. Arlington Senior Living Center. She was born and raised in East Orange, NJ. Dorothy lived most of her life with her husband John “Bud” Renshaw and their three children in Roseland, NJ. She lived in Ledgewood for 20 years before moving to Mt. Arlington 3 years ago. She was a salesperson for Hahne’s department store which later became Lord & Taylor at the Rockaway Mall. She was a devoted mother to her three children and was very involved with all their childhood activities, growing up.Dorothy and Bud had a wonderful life together. They enjoyed International Travel, dinners out and summer vacations in Lavallette with the Kids. Dorothy was a talented vocalist and performed with Bud’s 17 piece “Swing Band”. She was a gracious hostess, loved to decorate and entertain friends of all ages.

She was predeceased by her husband John L Renshaw in 2009, and is survived by her 3 children: J. Bradley Renshaw of NV, Christine (and James) Cusmano of Long Valley, and Debi Renshaw of CA. She also leaves her 3 grandchildren; John Renshaw and Karen VanNostrand, along with Adam Cusmano, his wife Elizabeth and their son Luke James Cusmano of New Hampshire. There are 4 other great grandchildren.

Friends may visit at the Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main Street, Succasunna, NJ, (973)-584-7264 (davishepplewhitefh.com) on Friday, January 20,  from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. Her Memorial Service will be held at 12 Noon.
