Parsippany, NJ.    Mrs. Carol L. Farina, 83, died on January 23, 2026 at the Jefferson Hospital in Sewell, NJ. She was born in Wilkes-Barre, PA and lived in Parsippany for over 65 years. She was a retired clerical worker for Bell Laboratories in Whippany many years ago where she met her husband Michael P. Farina. She was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother who loved spending time with her family and doing fun things together. Her hobbies included sewing, crocheting, ceramics and making stained glass items.

She was predeceased by her brother Kenneth Lalley in 1965, Father William E. Lalley in1982, Mother Alverta M. Lalley in 1998, son Vincent K. Farina in 2010 and husband Michael P. Farina in 2024. She is survived by her daughter Michelle (Shelley) Serra of Sewell NJ, grandson David L. Serra (and his wife Kelly Blaszczyk), granddaughter Lindsey M. Serra (and boyfriend Mike Fortino) and her 4 furry grand puppies Archie, Arya, Luna and Pluto.

Arrangements are by the Davis and Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main Street, Succasunna, NJ (973-584-7264). The Funeral Service will be held at the Gate of Heaven Mausoleum, 225 Ridgedale Ave, East Hanover, NJ 07936 on Monday, February 9, 2026 at 11 am.
