Roxbury Township, Mrs. Carol Ann Palma, 72, died on December 31, 2020 at her home in Succasunna. She was born in Orange, NJ and grew up in East Hanover before moving to Netcong and later Succasunna, where she lived for 25 years.  She earned her BA in Education from Newark State Teachers College (now Keane University).  She was an avid gardener and was known for her beautiful flowers.  She loved to cook and bake.  She was a fan of mystery novels, bargain-hunting at Kohl’s, and finding the best little-known restaurants wherever she went.

She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Philip J Palma, her daughter Nicole M Palma of Texas, and son Stephen P Palma of Succasunna. She also leaves her sisters; Jeanne Cunningham of Brick, NJ and Susan (and Brian) Kelly of Cedar Knolls, and brothers; Eugene (and Sharon) Hammett, Jr of FL, and Jeffrey Hammett of CA.
