Mr. Brian E. Todd, 67, passed away on February 9, 2025. He was born in Dover and lived in Budd Lake and Roxbury before moving to Green Township 35 years ago. He was a Construction Foreman for Vollers Excavators in Branchburg, NJ. Brian was a devoted grandfather to his two granddaughters that lovingly referred to him as their “Pocky”. He enjoyed sports, reading mysteries, live music (especially The Grateful Dead, Neil Young, The Band, and The Allman Brothers), spending time with his family, and his two cats, Luna and Cali. He was a member of the Local 472 Laborers’ Union during his time at Vollers and truly valued the relationships he made with his coworkers.

He was predeceased by his wife, Tara J. Todd, in 2018, and is survived by his son, Ryan C. Todd, of Green Township and his sister, Elise Burns, of Pulaski, NY. He also leaves his step father, Richard Romano of Landing, NJ as well as his daughter-in-law, Brooke Ulikowski, and 2 grandchildren; Eloise and Melina. Brian’s kindness, generosity, loyalty, and sense of humor live on in the memories of those who loved him.

Arrangements are by the Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main St., Succasunna, New Jersey (973-584-7264) A Memorial Service will be held in the Spring.
