Frank E. Ramsey, 67, passed away peacefully on February 28, 2025 at Morristown Medical Center after a long illness.   

He is preceded by his parents and survived by one brother and four sisters.   

Donations in Frank’s memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association or a charity of your choice.
