Roxbury Township,  Mr. Stephen Moriak, Jr, 86, died on April 16, 2012 at the Kindred Care Center in Dover. He was born in Hanover, PA and grew up in Jersey City. He then served in the U S Navy during WW II as a radioman on a PBY Seaplane. In 1951 he earned his B S degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University in Indiana and moved to Kenvil 26 years ago. He was a Civil Engineer at the Barnett & Herenchek Engineering Firm in Newark for many years before retiring in 1988.

He is survived by his spouse, Amy E. Bitting, of 26 years, niece Elyse Burgy Moorhead of Philadelphia, PA, nephew William Clayton Burgy of Ellicott City, MD, and their families and by his devoted friends, the Henry & Margarita Valdes family of Kenvil.
