Stanhope, Nicholas “Nick” David Wihlborg, 12, died on November 19, 2014 at his home. He was born in Livingston and lived all of his life in Stanhope. He was an Honors Student at the Valley Road School and All-Star in the Lakeland Little League. He loved baseball, hockey (especially the Devils) and loved cooking after watching the cooking channel.

 He is survived by his parents David and Lori (Coccio) Wihlborg, sister Krista, maternal grandparents; Joseph and Lois Coccio of West Orange, paternal grandparents Edward and Diane Wihlborg of FL (formerly of Ledgewood), uncle Michael (and Kim) Coccio of West Orange and cousins; Alyssa and Dean Coccio, aunt Danielle Coville of FL and cousins Daniel Wihlborg, Ernie Coville and Steven Coville. He was pre deceased by his uncle Eddie Wihlborg.  

 Friends and relatives may visit at the Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main Street, Succasunna 973-584-7264 (davishepplewhitefh.com) on Friday from 3 – 5 & 7 – 9 pm. The Funeral Liturgy will be held on Saturday, 9:30 am, at St. Therese R C Church in Succasunna, with the interment to follow at the Stanhope Union Cemetery.
