Roxbury Township,  Mrs. Mary J George, 97, was born in Lafayette, NJ and resided in Sussex County prior to moving to Morris County fifty two years ago, died on January 4, 2012 at St. Clare’s Hospital in Dover.

She was predeceased by her husband, John George, in 1991 and six siblings. She is survived by two daughters; Jane Zenna and Patricia George, one son Harold Myers, six grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and one sister, Doris Dury, of Va.

Arrangements are by the Davis and Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main St., Succasunna, NJ (973-584-7264)  davishepplewhitefh.com . Visiting hours 9 – 11 am on Saturday, January 7, 2012. The Funeral Service will be at 11 am at the Funeral Home, with the interment at the Succasunna Methodist Cemetery.
