Milford, DE      Mrs. Mary Ann FitzPatrick, 83, died on June 10, 2011 at the Milford Center Nursing Home in Delaware. She was born in Newark and lived in East Orange and Ledgewood, NJ, before moving to Delaware 10 years ago. She was a retired secretary having worked for the Orange Board of Education. She enjoyed playing Scrabble, crocheting, baking, singing, and spending time with her family.  She was active in the lives of her children and grandchildren and was a leader for both cub scouts and girl scouts.

Mary is reunited in heaven with her husband Joseph, who died in 2003. She is survived by her 4 children: Donna Worman of May’s Landing, Gary FitzPatrick of Denville, Brian  FitzPatrick of Milford, DE, and Glenn FitzPatrick of Hopatcong. She also leaves her 7 loving grandchildren. 

Friends may visit at the Davis and Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main Street Succasunna (973-584-7264) davishepplewhitefh.com, on Wednesday from 3-5 & 7-9 pm.  The Funeral Liturgy will be held on Thursday, 10 am, at St. Therese RC Church in Succasunna, with the interment to follow at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Chester.
