Mt. Arlington, NJ  Miss Kathleen Marie Sullivan, 79, died on June 12, 2014 at the Compassionate Care Hospice in Dover. She was born in the Bronx, NY and lived in Queens and Northvale, NJ for 25 years before moving to Mt. Arlington 8 years ago. She was a 1952 graduate of the Aquinas High School in the Bronx and was an Executive Secretary for the Wm. Burden Investor’s Firm in New York for many years. She was also a member of Our Lady of the Lake R C Church in Mt. Arlington and was a talented artist and professional singer.

She was predeceased by her sister Mary T Kaplan in 2009 and is survived by her 3 sister’s; Deborah Moore, Lillian McArdle, and Gertrude “Trudy” Sullivan and, by her 12 nieces and nephews.

Friends may visit at the Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main Street, Succasunna 973-584-7264 (davishepplewhitefh.com) on Sunday from 2 – 5 pm. The Funeral Liturgy will be held on Monday, 10 am at Our Lady of the Lake R C Church in Mt. Arlington, with the interment to follow at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery in E. Hanover. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the Covenant House.
