Milton, DE, John R. Fitzherbert, 74, died on April 25, 2012 at Beebe Hospital in Lewes, Delaware. He was born in Morristown, where he attended high school. He lived in Ledgewood for many years, where he was successfully self employed as an electrician. He moved to Milton, DE eight years ago. John was an honorable, loving man who cared deeply for his family. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

 John is survived by his beloved wife of 37 years, Allene ‘Sue’ Fitzherbert (Cole), and his brother Ernie of Florida. He was predeceased by his children Thomas and Sonya and sisters Louise and Dorothy. He is also survived by his stepchildren, Edwin Allmann (and Nikki) of North Plainfield, Kevin Allmann (and Darlene) of Lakehurst, William Allmann of Jackson, Corey Allmann of Netcong, and Elizabeth Gable (and Brian) of Long Valley; his grandchildren, Janice, Kevin, Helen, Jennifer, Will, Alissa, Zachary, Alexandra, and Elizabeth; and 7 great-grandchildren.
