Mt. Arlington, Mr. Frank Strelec, 78, died on May 29, 2021 at the Kindred Care Center in Dover. He was born in Boonton and lived in Morristown for 73 years, before moving to Mt. Arlington 5 years ago. He served in the U S Army during the Vietnam War and was stationed in Germany. He retired as a Park Foreman for the Morris County Park Commission after 43 years. He was one of 17 children and had more than 200 nieces and nephews.

 He is survived by his wife Frances (Manenti) Strelec of 50 years, and by his son Anthony Strelec of Mt. Arlington. He also leaves his sisters and brothers; Christine (and Alfred) Penza, Patricia (and Howard) Mann, Fred (Mary Jean) Strelec, Rose Marie D’Augustine, Anthony (Deceased) Strelec, Stephen (Cynthia) Strelec, Deidrich (Rosalie) Strelec (both Deceased), John Sr. (Deceased) (Susan) Strelec, Barbara Strelec, Robert Sr. Strelec,Margaret (and James) Morrison, George (and Anna) Strelec, Catherine Fiorentino, Michael (and Sheila) (both Deceased) Strelec, Andrew (deceased) (and Edith) Strelec, and Josephine Moore.
