Washington Twp, Mrs. Eva Jean Bush, 54, died on September 11, 2013 at the Compassionate Care Hospice in Dover. She was born in Denville and grew up in Roxbury Township, graduating from Roxbury High School in 1977, and attending the Ledgewood Baptist Church. She then lived in Hackettstown before moving to Washington Township 24 years ago. She was an Administrative Assistant at Picatinny Arsenal.

She is survived by her husband George P Bush, Jr. of 22 years, daughter Elizabeth Bush and son George P Bush, III, both at home, mother Lois E Berwanger of Ledgewood, sister Cathy Meeker of Stroudsburg, PA, and brothers; Robert Berwanger of MD and John Berwanger of Denville.

Friends may visit at the Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main Street, Succasunna 973-584-7264 (davishepplewhitefh.com) on Monday from 3 – 5 & 7 – 9 pm. The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, 10 am, at the Funeral Home, with the internment to follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Chester.
