Roxbury Township, Mrs. Elizabeth Julia Engel, 96, died on May 27, 2014 at the Merry Heart Nursing Home in Succasunna. She was born in Buffalo, NY and lived in Montvale and Kearny, before moving to Succasunna. She was a clerk for the Western Electric Company in Kearny many years ago. She is survived by her sister Lorraine McNinch of Sun City Center, in Florida.

Arrangements are by the Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main Street, Succasunna 973-584-7264 (davishepplewhitefh.com). The interment was held at the Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington, NJ.
