Roxbury Township, Mr. David Charles Eiflander, 44, died on November, 29, 2016. He was born in Belleville and grew up in Bloomfield and Tuckerton before moving to Succasunna 5 years ago. He was a truck and auto mechanic for the Weldon Quarry in Lake Hopatcong, and was member of the Heavy and General Construction Laborers’ Union, Local 472.  He is remembered for making friends with everyone he met, his friendly ribbing, and his love for the unknown.

He is survived by his 2 daughters Sara and Emily Eiflander of Tuckerton, 2 brothers; William Eiflander of Succasunna, and John Eiflander and his wife Sharon of Boonton and 4 nieces and nephews; Mark Eiflander of Hawaii; Nicole Eiflander of Somerset; Jaimee and Anthony Eiflander of Cleveland, OH.  He is predeceased by a brother, James Eiflander of Cleveland Ohio.
