Jefferson Township, Mrs. Audrey Lois Paterson, 86, died on September 16, 2016 at the Morristown Medical Center. Audrey was born in Newark, NJ and lived in Landing, NJ with her husband Al for greater than 30 years before moving to Lake Hopatcong 29 years ago.  She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary Fire Company #2, worked for the Jefferson Board of Education for greater than 30 years, and enjoyed extensive travel across the US in her and her husband’s Motor Home upon her retirement.

Audrey was predeceased by her husband Alfred T. Paterson, of 53 years, and her special gentleman friend Peter Laue in January. She is survived by her son Thomas Paterson and his husband Christopher Wunderlin – Paterson, her extended family, and her many loving friends and neighbors.

Friends may visit at the Davis & Hepplewhite Funeral Home, 96 Main Street, Succasunna 973-584-7264 (davishepplewhitefh.com) on Friday Sept, 23 from 4 – 8 PM.  Her Funeral Service will be held on Saturday Sept. 24 at 10 AM at the Funeral Home, with the interment to follow at the Succasunna Presbyterian Cemetery.
